With arguably one of the best views in Cornwall, Trelant was designed and built in 1970 with the perfect holiday in mind. It has been in the same family ever since.

Relax and unwind in this well equipped and stylish family home overlooking Perpean cove and the coastal path to Chynalls cliff and Meres beach.

The large private terrace with built-in seating for outside dining and space for sunbathing is the perfect spot to enjoy the stupendous views.

The split level double aspect living room has an open fireplace in the sitting area for the chillier months and french doors onto the terrace to throw open when the weather is fine.

The dining area on the upper level has a fabulous window seat that seats 6 comfortably.

The property has been designed to make the most of the views with the living/dining room and two of the three bedrooms overlooking the sea.

There is only one bathroom, but the WC is separate. All bedrooms have vanity units with basins.

The main bedroom with sea views has a queen bed.
The second bedroom, also with sea view, has twin beds.
The third bedroom has a single bed with an extender mattress for a child, if required.

Little has changed in Coverack over the past hundred years. It truly is a hidden gem on Cornwall’s south coast. Idyllic and perfect for all the family.

A short stroll down the hill brings you to the historic, picturesque harbour.
Grab a pint from the best positioned pub in the world, a bag of chips from the converted lifeboat shed or one of Roskilly’s famous ice creams, sit on the sheltered harbour wall and watch the fishermen bring in their catch and the kids jump in the sea. If you are lucky you’ll be able to buy a crab or some fish fresh off the boat. You can organise a fishing trip with one of the local boats here too.

There is a well stocked village shop for all your essentials. They serve great coffee and pastries and you can pre order your favorite newspaper here too.

The wide sandy Mill Beach is great for building sandcastles, playing in rock pools and of course swimming in the bracing water!

Coverack is also home to the Coverack Windsurfing Centre which offers RYA training from beginners to advanced sailors. They hire kayaks and stand up paddleboards too.

With all this just a hop, skip and a jump from the house. You wont need to leave the village but if you want to there is plenty of interest close by.
Walk the National Trust coastal path to the secluded Meres beach in 15 minutes or further a field to Blackhead, Cadgwith and beyond.

Helford, Kynance Cove, Mullion and Falmouth are just a few places of outstanding beauty within easy driving distance.

Trelant is positioned on School Hill and enjoys 270 degree views of the sea.

It also offers private parking space for three cars, a rarity in Coverack!
